Shipping
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. Overnight or second day delivery is available upon request within the continental United States only. We ship in-stock items from our warehouse within 24 hours of credit approval. Orders received after 1:00 PM MST, on weekends or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Allow 10 days for regular shipping.
2-day and overnight orders must be received by 1:00 PM MST. Special instructions or comments about your order: Your order will be shipped to the address at the left or you may change the address by clicking the Change Address button.
PopJazz uses USPS for all orders and charges a flat $4.00 handling fee for all shipped orders.
Return Policy
PopJazz is happy to accept returned merchandise under the following circumstances:
· Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
· Shipping is non refundable (except for defective merchandise or by a shipping error on our part). Merchandise returned within 30 days will be refunded in the form of an online credit accessible through your popjazz.com online account, by credit card, or by company check. We will email you with your online credit total as soon as we process your return.

· The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser (except for defective merchandise or by a shipping error on our part).
· Merchandise must be packed in its original or appropriate packaging.
· When returning an item it is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Online Credit
An online credit will post to your popjazz.com account as soon as returned merchandise is processed. You may access it at anytime by logging in with your password.
Defective Items
Please contact us within 30 days, if you receive a defective item. We will determine as to whether a return is necessary. The item wil be replaced with a duplicate item.
Undelivered Packages
If you miss your delivery and the order is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to you. You will be billed for the original and reshipping charges. Orders that have been shipped and are refused or returned will be charged shipping fees and the 10% cancellation fee. Credit issued less the shipping charges and 10% fee.
Order Cancellations
All orders are processed within 24 hours, many times the same day. Orders cancelled immediately will incur no charges. After 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee of 10%. Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped will be charged shipping charges and 10% cancellation fee. Credit issued for the return will be less the shipping charges and cancellation fee.
